A visit to the Animal Park of Les Angles, unique in the Pyrenees, is an enriching mountain-themed adventure in many ways. As you walk along the trails of the Animal Park, you will get to observe the species that are typical of the Pyrenean fauna. Located at the foot of the Pla Del Mir slopes, the Animal Park covers 37 hectares of pine forest at an altitude of 1,800 metres on two circuits. The animals live in semi-liberty within a natural environment. With the whole family, discover bears, lynx, deer, fallow deer, wild boar, mouflons, ibexes, wolves, roe deer, marmots, reindeer, bison,... The variety of sites also encourages visitors to appreciate the rich flora surrounding the fauna. The Park is also home to a mountain forest typical of our region: 37 hectares of hooked pine. Everyone chooses their own way of getting in touch with nature. The natural environment has been preserved as much as possible during the works and specific sites have been given extra consideration.
